This rare to find apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance to the Brightline Station, Clematis Street, Palm Beach County Convention Center, West Palm Beach Waterfront and much more. The legendary Palm Beach Island with pristine beaches, exclusive restaurants and shoping is just 5 minutes away by car and 10 minutes by bicycle!
The West Palm Beach Apartment 1873 Square amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, oversized TV, internet and washer/dryer. A parking space can be arranged for $ 15 per day. This apartment is ideal for couples or families who enjoy the culture and vibrancy of a downtown location while within 5 minutes to the beaches of Palm Beach Island. No elevator available.
